- What is IMAEC’s cancellation policy? : Only orders that haven’t left our warehouse facility can be canceled. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse facility, you can refuse to accept it and send it back to the courier. In case you have paid using Netbanking/Debit/Credit Card, we’ll refund your order amount only after we’ve received the canceled order at our warehouse facility.
- Refund: For advance payments made via Credit/Debit Card/Netbanking/UPI, you will receive your refund to the source account within 5-7 business days from the time you cancel your order. For more details of refund kindly refer our refund policy below
- Modification of address after an order has been placed: Yes, we can modify the shipping address only if your order hasn’t left our warehouse facility. Please email your order number and new shipping address to [email protected] with the subject line “Update shipping address for my order”.
- Cancellation of order from the website: To cancel your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your IMAEC account. View the ‘Order Details’ of the order you want to cancel and tap ‘Cancel’.
Once the order has left our warehouse facility, it can’t be canceled from the website. You can reject the order when the delivery is attempted at your doorstep. If the payment for the order is made online, the refund shall be initiated post rejection of the order at the customer’s end. It will reflect in the bank account within 5-7 business days post rejection under the name “_______________”.
