Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the design department and be part of all design and development related activities
• Should have a thorough understanding of all printing processes and materials
• All information shared to be kept highly confidential and no data released/shared
internal/external without the final approval of the designated person
• Prepare all artworks as per the design requirements, printing process and industry guidelines
• Document all design deliverables for future reference in editable format
• Provide training to designated members of the design team
• Take all approvals before downloading and using any non-royalty free data
• You will have to coordinate with printers for dummy prints and make mock-ups
• Define a checklist to release final artworks
• Prepare dummies for samples and approvals
• Convert all concept sketches to presentable dummy graphics for simulation/renderings
• You will be completely responsible to adhere to all timelines for deliverable

Software expertise: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Animation software for online media will be an added advantage.

Key Role and Responsibilities: 

• Will be responsible to manage a team of engineers and carry out all engineering activities towards new product development.

• Managing and scheduling all engineering deliverables.

• Channelize engineering resources towards the design and development of new concepts.

• Should have a thorough an understanding of all manufacturing processes and materials.

• Should be competent in working out mechanisms/calculations and details as required during product development.

• To have a complete understanding of tooling development across the manufacturing process.

• Will be responsible to interact with toolrooms for tooling and post tooling refinements.

• To overview and approve all 2D and 3D part drafting, assemblies, sectional views (GD&T) exploded views with key/bubble diagram and BOQ.

• Good understanding of FEA as required for various product categories.

• Will be responsible for the release of final engineering data considering all compliances as required for manufacturing.

• Adhere to all schedules and deliverables as assigned by the department head.

• Define SOP checklist before releasing the data for tooling.

• Maintain a record of all data worked upon.

Job Description: –

We are looking for International Sales Executive B2B Sales and Marketing for Eastern Europe Region. The Candidate will be based in Pune and will be travelling frequently to Eastern Europe.

Roles & Responsibilities: –

  • Analyze Markets and different sectors in the market for sales of medical devices.
  • Analyze the trends within the medical supply business segments, determine their impact on business, design and execute the most appropriate market approach strategy.
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings/ visits to Eastern Europe countries like Belarus, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lativa, Lithuania, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro to finalize the agreements, training, monitoring sales at distributors end, solving distributors issues and finding new verticals for business.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement the market development plan for the organization range of products for the defined regions (Like GCC, Asia Pacific, LATAMA, CIS, US, UK, Canada etc.)
  • Establish a comprehensive database on the opportunities for organization products in all the markets.
  • Analyze information develop a detailed understanding of the route to market and where the sale opportunities exist (potential and profitable markets)
  • Develop a structure that captures the essence of the opportunities identified and converts those opportunities to transaction by creating agent’s network
  • Operate pricing policy, pricing services, quotations and price follow-up of panel products with all perspective clients and contractors with focus on winning all projects quoted, product detailing, and pricing support to customers.
