Shipping And Delivery
Team IMAEC is committed to delivering all orders with good quality packaging within the span of 7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances and depending on the availability of the product. IMAEC makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to the Buyer in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest period, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
All orders carry a shipping charge. Delivery charges depend on the distance between our warehouse facility and delivery address. They are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order.The prices are all-inclusive of taxes. Depending on delivery address, delivery charges with applicable taxes will be added to the bill at time of the confirmation of order and checkout. IMAEC partners with third-party logistics service providers separate and distinct from IMAEC, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to Buyers. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the Buyers through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The Buyers will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third-party Logistic Partner. IMAEC shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third-party Logistic Partners. IMAEC may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to Buyers on their own without engaging logistic partners.
No hidden charges will be asked at the time of delivery. You pay exactly the amount you are intimated about at the time of checking out. The prices are inclusive of all the extra charges.
Before making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the Buyers will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. IMAEC shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in the delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete, and/or accurate information.
While IMAEC aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, IMAEC has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for the purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within the delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of IMAEC, IMAEC will not be able to process the order further.
Order Delivery Timelines
Usually, orders are dispatched within 7 days of the customer placing the order and will reach to customer in 12 to 14 days. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after IMAEC has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the Buyer will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The Buyers may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on the ‘My orders’ section of the IMAEC website.
Ordinarily, most orders are delivered within 12 to 14 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver the order to the Buyer. Should the Buyer continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, IMAEC reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While IMAEC through its Logistic Partner shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its Buyer on time, the delivery may be delayed on account of
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, IMAEC shall make a reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the Buyer by writing to Buyer’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, IMAEC shall be under no obligation to compensate the Buyer for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
Return and exchange
Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by IMAEC reverse logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from IMAEC. Please note that IMAEC shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. Further details on how end users may process returns and exchanges of purchased Products have been set out under the Return and Refund Policy which may be accessed below.
- Customer should inform IMAEC regarding goods return within 48 hrs of receiving the goods.
- The customer will have to send photos or details regarding the reason for return of goods..
- IMAEC will get back to you within 3-4 working days of receiving your complaint regarding goods received from IMAEC.
Product in damaged condition
If Buyer has received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please notify us immediately on consumer experience helpline on 895623404 or email on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the Order ID. Post validation IMAEC will ensure that new order is placed and sent with no additional cost and it will be delivered within 12 to 14 days.
