CidalTek-PI7.5 as antiseptics & disinfectant for skin. More rapid bactericidal action is shown by povidone iodine. It can penetrate the cell wall of microorganism quickly and the cidal effects on microorganism. Povidone iodine can be efficient against various bacteria associated with healthcare acquired infections including MRSA and VRE. It has also been shows broad antiviral activity.
